Older working draft of P1484.20.1

This is the next to latest draft resulting from the work of the Comment Resolution Committee (CRC) that resolved the comments received on the first ballot for this draft standard. It still needs proofreading. The zip file includes two .pdf files, one "clean" and one showing the changes from the first ballot draft, as well as the worksheet that summarizes the comments and the resolutions of the CRC.
